Constitution Day- 26 November 2019 The Preamble to the Constitution was read by all students and teachers at schools 11.00 AM . We, the people of India, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN, SOCIALIST, SECULAR,DEMOCRATIC, REPUBLIC and to secure to all of its citizens; JUSTICE social, economic and political; LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship; EQUALITY of status and of opportunity;and to promote among them all; FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the nation; In our Constituent Assembly, this 26th day of November, 1949, do HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION. The meaning of the preamble was explained to students. Students presented program as special item during the morning assemble.

The ‘SMART WATER TAP ‘- innovation of Prajwal N H from BGS National Public school ,selected as one of the best innovations across India in Gandhian Challenge conducted by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog in collaboration with UNICEF. His innovation, achieved a position in 30 innovations, which is selected from 3800 entries. The challenge was to bring Mahatma Gandhi’s values – including truth, non- violence, service and leadership - alive by designing and innovating a new world built on these powerful guiding principles. The challenge was conducted in various categories. His innovation comes under Science, Technology & Innovation.
